As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, businesses have more questions than answers about possible COVID-19 lawsuits, according to a report in Law.com. A candid conversation about COVID-19 liability issues with two partners in King & Spalding’s Los Angeles office provided insight into what’s worrying corporate defense attorneys now as companies try to carry on or get back to business in the coronavirus pandemic.

Peter Strotz, managing partner of the firm’s L.A. office, said that there is a real fear that COVID-19 related litigation could touch “everything from crisis management and employment to data privacy and security to insurance, real estate, corporate governance, restructuring.”
