Indiana is ranked #31 in the 2019 Lawsuit Climate Survey: Ranking the States, its lowest ranking in the history of the State Lawsuit Climate Survey with a 16-point drop since 2017. It received double digit declines in most key element categories. Most notably, it fell 20 spots in the Having and Enforcing Meaningful Venue Requirements category.
