New Mexico is ranked #22 in the 2019 Lawsuit Climate Survey: Ranking the States, which is 10 spots above its ranking in 2017. This year’s ranking is the state’s highest ranking to date. New Mexico increased in six out of 10 key element categories. Its most notable change was a 29-spot rise in Having and Enforcing Meaningful Venue Requirements.
