West Virginia

West Virginia is ranked #45 in the 2017 Lawsuit Climate Survey: Ranking the States, rising five spots from 2015. Over the past several legislative sessions, West Virginia passed a number of important tort reform bills and the state has finally shed its position as #50 in the Survey.
